Robyne Lennon

Principal Psychologist

I am a registered Psychologist with over 20 years experience. I have worked in private practice since 2005 and have worked in various government and community positions since 1996, here and interstate including Disability Services.

I am a registered NDIS Behavioural Specialist. I completed training on Assessment and Analysis of Severe and Challenging Behaviour with the Institute for Applied Behaviour Analysis (IABA). I am currently undertaking a Master of Special Education.

I am a full Member of the Australian Psychological Society, and maintain a professional and ethical service that is understanding, non-judgemental and confidential, as set out in the Society's Code of Ethics.

Robyne’s areas of interest include:

  • Disability Assessment and Treatment program development and implementation

  • Cognitive, Developmental and Paediatric Assessment Services

  • Pain Management

Robyne utilises Evidence based therapy methods including:

  • Cognitive Behaviour Therapy techniques

  • Solution Focussed/Narrative Therapy

  • Schema Focussed Therapy models

  • Evidence-based Therapies

Hannah Blackwell

Provisional Psychologist

I work as a Provisional Psychologist/Allied Health Assistant, providing support to the other Psychologists in the practice, as well as administering Psychological Assessments, leading group Social Skills Training, and providing Counselling services.

I am particularly interested in:

  • Child and adolescent psychology

  • Assessment

I am experienced in working with children and people with disabilities, I am a fully qualified social worker and as a member of the AASW I am committed to adhering to their code of practice and standards. I am encouraged by the results I have seen through my previous experience. I am committed to using positivity and empathy and best practices while working with my clients and their families to provide the best outcomes.

 

 

Adrian Poole

Behavioural Specialist & Social Worker

I am a social worker and have completed a Master of Mental Health Practice degree. My background has primarily been working in mental health and has included therapeutic support and counselling services. I work with people from a holistic approach involving collaborative approaches with the individual, family and support services.

I have a particular interest in:

  • Mental health symptomology

  • Psychoeducation for clients, families and staff

  • Teaching distress tolerance techniques

 

 

Loretta Poole

Behavioural Specialist & Social Worker

I am a qualified Social Worker and have been working in the Disability sector for over 20 years. I have had extensive experience working with the NDIS space as a Local Area Co-ordinator, Support Coordinator and as a Service Manager.

I believe in a holistic practice and working with a person-centred approach. I feel passionate about my work in the Disability sector and feel that with a collaborative, professional and empowering approach positive changes can be made.

Alycia Green

Behavioural Specialist & Social Worker

I am a social worker and a member of the AASW. I have twelve years experience working with people with disabilities and mental health issues.

I am committed to working from a person-centred, strength-based approach to support positive outcomes for clients. I have completed behaviour analysis training with the Institute for Applied Behaviour Analysis (IABA).

 

 

Michelle Sharman

Behavioural Specialist & Social Worker

I am a social worker and a member of the AASW with a strong commitment to their code of conduct and ethics. I have 20 years post graduate experience working with people of all ages and from all walks of life who have a disability and/or mental health issue. I am of Aboriginal decent and as such I have a strong sense of family and culture.

I work with people from a holistic approach and in a collaborative, transparent and honest manner.

 

 

Ella Noble

Behavioural Specialist & Social Worker

I am a Social Worker and hold a Bachelor of Social Work with Honours degree and membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW). I have previously worked in mental health and take a person-centred and strengths-based approach in my work.

I believe it’s important to work collaboratively with clients, family, care givers and support services to ensure the best possible outcomes.

 

 

Sam Sturmer

Behavioural Specialist & Social Worker

I am a social worker and a member of the AASW. I have over 12 years’ experience as a social worker and have worked in several different areas including child safety, education and mental health.

My framework for practice includes strengths based and a person-centred approach and I believe that collaboration is the key to achieving positive outcomes for clients.

I have completed behaviour analysis training with the Institute for Applied Behaviour Analysis (IABA) and continue to use evidence-based interventions and strategies in my practice.
